Customer chat via WhatsApp

This module adds a floating WhatsApp button to your e-shop, allowing customers to send you a message with a single click — no registration, no forms, straight from their browser or mobile app.

Why choose this module?

• Simple setup — just enter your phone number, optionally your company name, and you're good to go. It works with both the standard WhatsApp app and WhatsApp Business (company profile, automated messages, chat labels). Note that only one of these apps — either WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business — can run on a single phone with one SIM card.
• Lightweight and fast — the module uses no JavaScript or external libraries. Upon clicking, it redirects the customer directly to WhatsApp, so it doesn't burden your e-shop or affect your Core Web Vitals and Google metrics (unlike Messenger, Smartsupp, Tawk.to, and similar widgets).
• Smart pre-filled messages — relevant text (product name, reference, link, number of items, total price) is automatically generated on standard pages, product pages, and in the cart. Customers don't have to type anything from scratch.
• Opening hours — outside of business hours, the button can be hidden or kept visible with a notice showing when you will respond again (e.g., "We will reply on Thursday at 09:00").
• Customizable design — left/right positioning, icon size, padding from the edge, optional tooltip, and two icon styles (green or a lighter variant for dark themes).
• Multilingual and Multishop — custom texts for each language and shop within your network, including message templates for products, the cart, and offline mode.

What the module doesn't do (and doesn't need to): it does not replace the WhatsApp Business API, it doesn't store chat history within the e-shop, and it requires no third-party registration. It is a clean, reliable link between your store and the WhatsApp app that your customers already use every day.
