Estimated delivery date

Display table with carriers and estimated delivery dates.

• adds a "Estimated delivery date" link on the product page, with an overview of carriers and estimated delivery dates
• delivery date is calculated according to the specified number of working days for individual carriers, it also reflects holidays
• possibility to show / hide carrier's logo
• possibility to setup custom colors (link text, availability date)
• setup your own text - text of link on the product side, title of the modal window, note in the modal window
