Checkout improvement

By default, in Prestashopu 1.7 default payment method is not selected. If there is no payment method chosen, the checkout button is not active. This may be confusing, especially if you have only one payment method. The module will improve following:

• you can setup default payment method
• the "Order" button, can be hidden untill Terms and conditions are checked (optional)
• you can display warning, that will be visible until you check the Terms and conditions (optional)
