Before you download our templates, please make sure you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms. By using our themes or modules, we assume you’ve accepted the terms of use given below.

1. License

By purchasing the theme, you are allowed to use it on one domain only (single license). If you want to use the theme on several domains, please feel free to contact us in order to settle the price.

Upon purchase, you are authorized to make any necessary modifications to our themes to fit your purposes, but you are not allowed to resell or redistribute our themes or modules, modified or unmodified, to another person. It is is strictly forbidden to place any of our themes, modified or unmodified, on a website or any other medium for distribution.

We hold the right to revoke theme license immediately by providing refund to the customer anytime in future, if we found the product is being misused by the customer.

2. Demo Content

Re-use of any graphics from the demo content for any purpose is prohibited. The demo content is for demonstration purposes only.

3. Product Delivery

As soon as your payment has been confirmed, we will email you your login details created within registration. After payment is received, you will be allowed to download the purchased theme or module in your account section.

4. Support

We provide technical support related to installation of the theme via email, free of charge. Support for customizations is possible but might be charged.

5. Refund

All sales are final. No refunds will be given for code that is delivered via download from our site, except cases where the provided product doesn't correspond to demo or functionallity stated at it's description. If you have any problem with our theme or modules, contact us and we’ll try to fix it as soon as possible.

6. Warranty

Premium Templates give no warranty or guarantee for our themes and modules. Browser compatibility should be tested viewing the demonstration installations on the demo sites. Please ensure that your browser works with the theme and that you buy the theme created for your version of Prestashop as it can't be guaranteed that the theme / module will work with future Prestashop versions.

Premium Templates reserves the right to change or modify current Terms Of Use at any time with no prior notice.
